The RFSEIR for the <br /> Project is certified pursuant to the attached Exhibit A, the Findings of Fact and Statement of <br /> Statement of Overriding Considerations and Exhibit B, the Revised Mitigation Monitoring and <br /> Reporting Program (RMMRP) (revised January 2019). <br /> SECTION 2. The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed <br /> pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> SECTION 3.
