ATTACHMENT 4 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br /> APPROVING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) REZONING FOR THE <br /> APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR THE JOHNSON DRIVE <br /> ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ZONE (JDEDZ), AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-105 <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Pleasanton has applied for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br /> Rezoning to rezone 12 parcels at 7106 through 7315 Johnson Drive and 7035 and 7080 <br /> Commerce Circle, comprising approximately 40 acres known as the Johnson Drive Economic <br /> Development Zone, from Planned Unit Development-General and Light Industrial (PUD-G&LI) <br /> District, Planned Unit Development-Industrial/Commercial-Office (PUD-I/C-O) District. and <br /> General Industrial (I-G-40,000) District to PUD-C (the "Project"); and <br /> WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public meeting of December 11, 2019, the Planning <br /> Commission considered all public testimony, agenda reports, relevant exhibits, and <br /> recommendations of the City staff concerning the proposed PUD Rezoning; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its regular meeting on December 11, 2019, <br /> adopted Resolution No. PC-2019-31, determining that the proposed Rezoning is appropriate for <br /> the Project and recommending to the City Council that PUD-105 be approved; and <br /> WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public meeting of February 4, 2020, the City Council <br /> considered all public testimony, agenda reports, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br /> City staff concerning the proposed PUD Rezoning; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed PUD Rezoning is consistent with <br /> the City's General Plan and purposes of the PUD Ordinance as set forth in the agenda report <br /> and pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), a Revised Final Supplemental <br /> Environmental Impact Report (RFSEIR) was prepared and certified for the Project. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. Approves Case PUD-105, the application for a Planned Unit Development <br /> (PUD) Rezoning to rezone 12 parcels at 7106 through 7315 Johnson Drive and 7035 and 7080 <br /> Commerce Circle, comprising approximately 40 acres known as the Johnson Drive Economic <br /> Development Zone, from Planned Unit Development-General and Light Industrial (PUD-G&LI) <br /> District, Planned Unit Development-Industrial/Commercial-Office (PUD-I/C-O) District, and <br /> General Industrial (I-G-40,000) District to PUD-C, subject to the map attached in Exhibit A, <br /> conditions as shown in Exhibit B and the Development Standards and Design Guidelines dated <br /> March 2017 as shown in Exhibit C, all of which are attached hereto and made part of this <br /> ordinance by this reference. <br /> SECTION 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960, on file with <br /> the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts, is hereby amended by <br /> Zoning Unit Map No. 506, attached hereto as Exhibit A, dated October 11, 2017, and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br />
