COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> EXTENSION OF REAL <br /> PROPERTY LICENSE AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Alameda, a political subdivision of the State of California, <br /> LICENSOR, and CITY OF PLEASANTON, LICENSEE, did enter into a Real Property <br /> License Agreement dated May 1, 1997, which said instrument licenses the use of the property <br /> Niles Canyon Transportation Corridor Downtown Pleasanton Segment, and more <br /> particularly described therein, and said Real Property License Agreement expired on April 30, <br /> 2007; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of parties to extend the term of said Real Property <br /> License Agreement for the period of time hereinafter specified; <br /> THEREFORE, it is hereby mutually agreed that the term of said Real Property License <br /> Agreement is extended for a period of one year, commencing on May 1, 2007, and terminating <br /> on April 30, 2008, with all other terms and conditions thereof continuing in effect, except as <br /> hereinafter modified. <br /> TERMS <br /> (1) FEE: Licensee shall pay Licensor the sum of TWO THOUSAND SIX <br /> HUNDRED and 00 /100 Dollars ($2,600.00), per year payable in advance, for the <br /> use of the licensed property during the term hereinabove set forth. <br /> (2) CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE: Licensee shall <br /> provide a certificate of liability insurance coverage indemnifying the Licensor and <br /> naming the Licensor as and additional insured in the amount of $1,000,000.00. <br /> Dated: od 3 2061 <br /> LICENSOR LICENSEE <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> By:,-- C.
