COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> EXTENSION OF REAL PROPERTY LICENSE AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, County of Alameda, a political subdivision of the State <br /> of California, LICENSOR, and the CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> LICENSEE, <br /> did enter into a Real Property License Agreement dated April 15, 1993 <br /> which said instrument provides for the use of the property at downtown <br /> Pleasanton Segment between Abbie and West Angela Streets <br /> and more particularly described therein, and said Real Property Agreement <br /> expires on January 31 1995 and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the parties to extend the term <br /> of said Real Property Agreement for the period of time hereinafter <br /> specified; <br /> THEREFORE, it is hereby mutually agreed that the term of said Real <br /> Property Agreement is extended for a period of one year <br /> commencing on February 1 1995 and terminating on January 31 1996 <br /> with all other terms and conditions thereof continuing in effect, except as <br /> hereinafter modified. <br /> TERMS <br /> (1) FEE: Licensee shall pay Licensor the sum of Three Hundred <br /> and 00 /100 Dollars ($300.00 <br /> per year payable in advance, for the use of the <br /> licensed property during the term hereinabove set forth. <br /> Dated: 1 3- 1996. <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA LICENSEE <br /> x)44 DEBORAH O� City Manager <br /> City of Pleasanton <br /> QM& <br /> By: <br /> 0.
