COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> EXTENSION OF <br /> REAL PROPERTY LICENSE AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Alameda, a political subdivision of the State of California, <br /> LICENSOR, and the CITY OF PLEASANTON, LICENSEE, did enter into a Real Property <br /> License Agreement dated April 15, 1993, which said instrument licenses the use of the property <br /> in downtown Pleasanton between Abbie and West Angela Streets, and more particularly <br /> described therein, and said Real Property License Agreement expires on January 31, 2005; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of parties to extend the term of said Real Property <br /> License Agreement for the period of time hereinafter specified; <br /> THEREFORE, it is hereby mutually agreed that the term of said Real Property License <br /> Agreement is extended for a period of one year, commencing on February 1, 2005, and <br /> terminating on January 31, 2006, with all other terms and conditions thereof continuing in <br /> effect, except as hereinafter modified. <br /> TERMS <br /> (1) FEE: LICENSEE shall pay LICENSOR the sum of Four Thousand Seven <br /> Hundred and 00 /100 Dollars ($4,700.00), per year payable in advance, for the use <br /> of the licensed property during the term hereinabove set forth. <br /> (2) LIGHTING: LICENSEE, with LICENSOR's concurrence has installed 3 light poles <br /> to illuminate the licensed property, and at the termination of the license, LICENSEE <br /> agrees to remove the light poles at LICENSEE's sole cost and expense. <br /> Dated: -J nix. ,r ?i.;'20 CC <br /> LICENSOR LICENSEE <br /> COUNTY OF ALA EDA CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> By: BY K t 411 <br /> GEORGESUKAR W <br /> DEPUTY DIRECTOR <br /> PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY <br /> Niles Canyon Transportation Corridor <br /> 94 -158 -3 (P) <br /> City of Pleasanton <br /> EXTENSION OF REAL PROPERTY LICENSE AGREEMENT <br />
