p� 7, y N COUNTY OF ALAMEDA PUBLIC WORKS 5 b urces EXTENSION OF REAL PROPERTY LICENSE AGREEMENT WHEREAS, the County of Alameda, a political subdivision of the State of California, LICENSOR, and CITY OF PLEASANTON, LICENSEE, did enter into a Real Property License Agreement dated April 15, 1993, which said instrument licenses the use of the property in downtown Pleasanton between Abbie and West Angela Streets, and more particularly described therein, and said Real Property License Agreement expires on January 31, 2008; and WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of parties to extend the term of said Real Property License Agreement for the period of time hereinafter specified; THEREFORE, it is hereby mutually agreed that the term of said Real Property License Agreement is extended for a period of one year, commencing on February 1, 2008, and terminating on January 31, 2009, with all other terms and conditions thereof continuing in effect, except as hereinafter modified. TERMS (1) FEE: LICENSEE shall pay LICENSOR the sum of Five Thousand and 001100 Dollars ($5,000.00), per year payable in advance, for the use of the licensed property during the term hereinabove set forth. (2) LIGHTING: LICENSEE, with LICENSOR's concurrence has installed 3 light poles to illuminate the licensed property, and at the termination of the license, LICENSEE agrees to remove the light poles at LICENSEE's sole cost and expense. (3) CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE: LICENSEE shall provide a certificate of liability insurance coverage indemnifying the LICENSOR and naming the LICENSOR as an additional insured in the amount of $1,000,000.00.
