4. Potential to result in inadequate emergency access <br />Finding. The City finds that the following mitigation measure is feasible and has <br />been incorporated into the MMRP, thereby mitigating the impact to a less- <br />than-significant level: <br />Provide adequate emergency vehicle access consistent with the City of <br />Pleasanton's Circulation Element, per MM TR-7.1. <br />DEIR, p. 3.9-42 <br />5. Conflicts with adopted policies, plans, or programs supporting alternative <br />transportation <br />Finding. The City finds that the following mitigation measures are feasible and have <br />been incorporated into the MMRP, thereby mitigating the impact to a less- <br />than-significant level: <br />• Provide acceptable bicycle and pedestrian access, per MM TR-9.1. <br />• Provide adequate bus and paratransit access, per MM TR-9.2. <br />DEIR, p. 3.9-43 <br />6. Potential to result in an increase in construction traffic that could impact existing <br />Pleasanton neighborhoods <br />Finding. The City finds that the following mitigation measure is feasible and has been <br />incorporated into the MMRP, thereby mitigating the impact to a less-than- <br />significant level: <br />Develop a construction access plan to be reviewed and approved by the <br />City's Engineering Department, per MM TR-12.1. <br />DEIR, p. 3.9-46 <br />Water Supply <br />1. Potentially significant impact on the proposed project's demand for water <br />Finding. The City finds that the following mitigation measure is feasible and has been <br />incorporated into the MMRP, thereby mitigating the impact to a less-than- <br />significant level: <br />Verify water supply prior to tentative map approval.
