The City finds that the following mitigation measure is feasible and has been incorporated into the MMRP, thereby mitigating the impact to a less- than- significant level: Each project developer and the Project Sponsor shall retain the services of a qualified archaeological consultant having expertise in Calffornia prehistoric archaeology, per MM CR-1.
