l <br />Cultural Resources <br />1. Potential disturbance of unknown archaeological resources. <br />Finding. The City finds that the following mitigation measure is feasible and has <br />been incorporated into the MMRP, thereby mitigating the impact to a less- <br />than- significant level: <br />Each project developer and the Project Sponsor shall retain the services of a <br />qualified archaeological consultant having expertise in Calffornia prehistoric <br />archaeology, per MM CR-1. <br />DEIR, p. 4-33, FEIR, p. 4-12 <br />Geology, Soils, and Seismicity <br />1. Potential impacts from geoseismic risks and soil limitations. <br />Finding. The City finds that the following mitigation measure is feasible and has been <br />incorporated into the MMRP, thereby mitigating the impact to a less-than- <br />significant level: <br />The Project Sponsor shall submit a master geotechnical report for the entire <br />Staples Ranch site. <br />All buildings shall be set back a minimum of 20 feet from the top of the <br />arroyo bank, in case there is a seismically induced bank failure, per MM <br />TR-2.1. <br />DEIR, p. 4-35 <br />Utilities <br />1. Increased demand for water. <br />Finding.
