Location and Notification Map <br /> <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends the Planning Commission approve Conditional Use Permit (CUP) Case No. <br />P22-0912, based on the findings and subject to the draft conditions of approval in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br />The applicant requests to expand the operation of an existing tutoring facility from the <br />approved 72 students at one time to a maximum of 120 students at one time at 5200 Franklin <br />Drive, Suite 110. Since its operation at the end of 2019, staff has not received any concerns <br />from other tenants located in the same business complex or in the vicinity regarding traffic and <br />parking generated from said use. Thus, as conditioned, staff finds the proposed expansion <br />would be consistent with the intent of the General Plan, objectives of the zoning district, and <br />the original approval. The use will continue to be compatible with the surrounding uses, and <br />therefore staff recommends approval of the request. <br /> <br /> <br />
