Objective Design Standards for Multifamily Housing in R-M, C-C, and M-U Zoning Districts <br />City of Pleasanton - 16 - December 14, 2022 - DRAFT <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Downtown Sites <br /> <br />B5.11 New curb cuts, new access to parking areas, and new access to service areas shall all be prohibited from <br />any frontage on Main Street. <br />B5.12 A minimum of two Class 2 short term public bicycle spaces shall be provided for every 5,000 square <br />foot of retail space in a mixed use structure. Bike racks shall be clearly visible and located within 50 <br />feet of retail entries. <br />B5.13 Pedestrian paths shall be provided at mixed-use development to connect rear parking to the street <br />fronting business spaces. <br />a. Pedestrian paths shall be allowed to be located within the side yard setback <br />b. Pedestrian paths shall be allowed to pass under structure provided that twelve feet of clear height <br />is maintained. <br />c.
