Consistent with the HVSP, the area designated <br />for Agriculture/Open Space would not be developed. Although the proposed project would convert <br />grazing land to a non-agricultural use, this impact was identified in the 1998 HVSP FEIR and <br />determined that no mitigation is feasible. Therefore, the proposed project would not result in any <br />peculiar effects and would not result in new or more severe impacts related to conversion of <br />agricultural or forest land to non-agricultural or non-forest land uses beyond what was previously <br />analyzed in the 1998 HVSP FEIR. <br />FEIR Mitigation Measures <br />None required. <br />Conclusion <br />No new significant impacts related to agriculture resources would occur. The conclusions from the <br />1998 HVSP FEIR remain unchanged.
