Figure 2: Proposed Site Plan Vaulted Gym (two-story AH DEVELOPMENT GROUP In addition to the on-site access and circulation the applicant is proposing to: 1) construct a six- foot -wide bicycle lane along its frontage on Dublin Canyon Road; 2) construct a five -foot -wide sidewalk/path on the north side of Dublin Canyon Road; 3) construct an eastbound turn pocket on Dublin Canyon Road to access the project; 4) construct a westbound deceleration lane into the project; 5) construct curbs and gutters on the north side of Dublin Canyon Road; and 6) underground all utilities along the property frontage on the north side of Dublin Canyon Road. Architecture As proposed, the multi-purpose building is designed with a relatively simple palette of materials to include cement plaster with stone accents, window trims, and tile roofing. The main focus of the site will be centered around the church building which includes more finely detailed finishes, entry, and a distinctive copper -roofed dome. The proposed multi-purpose building has been designed with varying roof heights with a single -story, approximately 17 foot tall portion of the building fronting along Dublin Canyon Road that would include the projects kitchen and storage areas. The front elevation will include stone gable end pop -outs that will break up the long elevation and enhance the rural character of the building.
