The vaulted and two-story portions of the building will <br />be setback approximately 85 feet from the property line. <br />The proposed church building is proposed to be approximately 33 feet in height for the majority <br />of the building with the dome extending up to a height of 53 feet, 6 inches measured to the <br />highest point of the dome. The building will be setback approximately 85 feet from the property <br />line along Dublin Canyon Road. Figure 3, below, shows the proposed architecture. <br />Figure 3: Proposed Architecture <br />SOUTH E.E'.A-*% <br />WEST ELEVATION <br />Church Operations <br />The Church currently has approximately 200 pledged members, with weekly attendance <br />averaging approximately 138 persons for Sunday services. The Church believes they can grow <br />their congregation over the next 20 -years to a maximum future of 350 attendees. The largest <br />service would be held on Sundays with worship services from 10:00 a.m. — 12:00 p.m., <br />followed by Sunday school and other miscellaneous activities from 12:00 p.m. — 5:00 p.m. The <br />proposed weekly hours of operation for parish activities are generally Monday through Friday <br />8:00 a.m, to 9:30 p.m. with the majority of weekday activities scheduled between 6:30 p.m. to <br />9:00 p.m. On Saturdays, most activities will take place between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., (the <br />exception for Saturdays would be wedding and baptism receptions which would be allowed to <br />go until 11:00 p.m.) Typical weekly operations include Orthodox Youth League practices for <br />volleyball and basketball, as well as meetings of other groups such as the Girl and Boy Scouts <br />PUD -114-01M, 11300 Dublin Canyon Road Planning Commission <br />7of15 <br />
