The following is a <br /> list of potential stakeholders: <br /> • Joint Pleasanton Unified School District Special Needs Committee/ Sunflower Hill Staff <br /> (2 joint meetings) <br /> • Sports Groups (I meeting with combined groups) <br /> • Adjacent business owners (I if needed) <br /> • Adjacent residents (2) <br /> • Rotary Club (I) <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Prepare for and attend up to seven (7) stakeholder meetings <br /> Subtask B.5: Public Hearings <br /> RRM's Principal and/or Project Manager will prepare for and attend up to six (6) public <br /> commission and council meetings. We will prepare digital presentations that include summary of <br /> the outreach and design process as well as the graphics prepared in the design tasks. We will <br /> assist staff in presenting the materials. Following these hearings, RRM will meet with staff to <br /> determine the direction of the next step in the design process. It is our understanding that the <br /> Parks and Recreation Commission will act as an advisory council on the project. <br /> • Planning Commission (I) <br /> • Joint Youth Commission / Human Services Commission (I) <br /> • Parks and Recreation Commission (2) <br /> • City Council (2) <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Prepare for and attend up to six (6) public hearing meetings <br /> Task C: Design <br /> Subtask C.1: Conceptual Plan Alternatives <br /> RRM will prepare two (2) draft conceptual plans of the playground and associated amenities <br /> incorporating input from our childhood development sub-consultant, as well as Staff and the <br /> community. We will submit black and white draft versions of the plans to staff for comment <br /> before completing the colored plan alternatives for presentation to the public. Note regarding <br /> custom play features: because custom play environments are generally developed in close <br /> collaboration with a specific manufacturer that possesses certain capabilities, who will not be <br /> identified at this stage of design, the conceptual design plans will describe such features through <br />
