EXHIBIT G <br /> FEHR ' ' PEERS <br /> OF ATTACHMENT 4 <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> Date: May 14, 2019 <br /> To: Public Storage, c/o Patrick Costanzo,Jr. <br /> From: Kathrin Tellez and Ashlee Takushi, Fehr& Peers <br /> Subject: Pleasanton Public Storage Trip Generation Assessment <br /> WC 19-3598 <br /> This technical memorandum presents the results of a trip generation analysis for the proposed <br /> redevelopment of a Public Storage site, located at 3716 Stanley Boulevard in Pleasanton, California <br /> (Figure 1). The purpose of this memorandum is to determine the expected level of peak hour trip <br /> generation from the proposed project to determine if additional analysis is required. If a proposed <br /> project is expected to generate more than 100 peak hour trips,additional analysis could be required <br /> to meet the requirements of the Alameda County Transportation Commission (Alameda CTC). For <br /> projects that generated less than 100 peak hour trips, additional analysis may be required to meet <br /> City of Pleasanton requirements. <br /> The following provides a detailed description of the proposed project, presents the trip generation <br /> analysis,followed by conclusions. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The project site is occupied by 14 self-storage buildings, seven of which would be removed as part <br /> of the project and replaced by one single-story building and one three story building. The existing <br /> buildings total 82,655 square feet, with 41,055 square-feet being removed as part of the project. <br /> The new buildings to be constructed total 205,027 square-feet,resulting in a net increase of 163,972 <br /> square-feet of building area. An outdoor storage area that is used for recreation vehicle, boat,and <br /> other vehicle storage would also be removed. <br /> Access to the site is currently provided from a full-access driveway from Stanley Boulevard.
