<br />Planning and Community Development may grant the use of all 15 gallon trees if <br />found the 24 inch boxes are not available locally. <br />8. An irrigation system shall be installed and verified by staff on inspection. <br />9. All site improvements and construction activities shall be limited to the hours of <br />8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. In addition, no construction <br />shall be allowed on State or Federal Holidays. The Director of Planning and <br />Community Development may allow earlier "start-times° for specific activities ff it <br />can be demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Director that the construction and <br />construction traffic noise will not affect nearby residents. All construction <br />equipment must meet DMV noise standards and shall be equipped with muffling <br />devices. <br />10. The applicant shall supply the Building and Safety Division with details of all <br />drainage lines and trenches, N applicable. <br />11. Changes to the finished grade and/or removal of landscaping shall not be <br />allowed related to the replaced landscape screening along the westerly boundary <br />without prior approval from the Planning Division. <br />{end} <br />
