or under said decendent, the City of Pleasanton, Municipal Corpo- <br />ration, and any other parties claiming by or through them of or <br />from all claims, demands, actions and causes of actions, arising <br />out of or in any way connected with the above matters set forth <br />herein. The Estate of Perry for itself, and for its legal repre- <br />sentatives does hereby release and forever discharge Goe of and <br />from all claims, demands, actions and causes of actions of every <br />kind or nature arising out of or in any way related to the <br />matters set forth above herein. <br /> <br /> Goe hereby agrees to abandon and dismiss all claims and <br />causes of action growing out of the disputes and'differences with <br />the Estate of Perry and the City of Pleasanton, including the <br />Creditor's Claim of March 5, 1984, filed in action H-12869-2, the <br />Complaint to perfect said Creditor's Claim, filed March 23, 1984, <br />as action H-97619-2, both filed in the Superior Court of Califor- <br />nia, County of Alameda, and the Eminent Domain proceeding filed <br />by the City of Pleasanton, a Municipal Corporation, filed March <br /> <br />14, 1984, as action H-97407-1, Alameda County Superior Court, <br />California and authorizes the dismissal of said actions with <br />prejudice. Joseph Antonini, Executor of the Estate of Perry, <br /> <br />hereby tenders its check in the amount of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND FIVE <br />HUNDRED and NO/100 DOLLARS ($18,500.00), receipt of which is <br />hereby acknowledged in full and complete satisfaction of the <br />dispute b'etween the parties relating to the aforementioned mat- <br /> <br />ters and as more particularly described in the Claim, Complaint, <br /> <br />and Eminent Domain proceeding set forth hereinabove. <br /> <br /> This release contains the entire agreement between the par- <br /> <br /> <br />
