Exhibit B <br />Draft Conditions of Approval <br />PAUP-2; Conditional Use Permit to kept Chickens <br />1021 Malaga Court <br />October 19, 2005 <br />General <br />The keeping of chickens at 1021 Malaga Court shall be substantially as shown on the <br />site plans, Exhibit "A," dated "Received August 12, 2005" and application description <br />on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by the following conditions. <br />Minor changes to the plans may be allowed subject to the approval of the Planning <br />Director if found to be in substantial conformance to the approved exhibits. <br />2. The applicants shall ensure the keeping or maintenance of the chickens be done in such <br />manner as to cause no damage or hazard to persons or property in the vicinity or to <br />generate offensive noise, dust or odor. <br />3. The applicants shall ensure that the premises where the chickens are kept are maintained <br />in a clean and sanitary condition at all times and that all feces are disposed in a sanitary <br />manner. <br />4. The chickens must be kept in an enclosed space at all times. They shall not be set loose <br />within the neighborhood. <br />5.
