/ Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on the application and the negative declaration. Mr. Ralph Martin, owner of approximately half of the property being requested for annexation, stated he concurred with the staff report, and felt this annexation will be a great asset to the City of Pleasanton. No one in the audience spoke inopposition to this item. There being no further testimony, Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed on the application and the negative declaration. It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Keplmrt, that Resolution No. 81-347, determining on the basis of a review of initial environmental CD study done for this project, that no significant environmental impact would occu~ as C~ outlined in the Cityss guidelines and that a negative declaration is apprepriate to OD prezone Annexation No. 90, an approximately 83 acre site bounded by Crellin Road on C3 the south and the City limit line to the west to PUD-Low Density Residential Dis=rice and the school site prezoned to the P District, be adopted. ~ The roll call vote was as follows: ~[ AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer NOES: None ABSENT: None It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Keptart, that' Ordinance No. 1003, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving the application of the City of Pleasanton to prezOne Annexation No. 90, an approximately 83 acre site bounded by Crellin Road on the south and the Citl line to the west to PUD-Low Density Residential District and the school site prezoned to the P District, be introduced.
