No one in the audience spoke in opposition to this item. Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed on the application and ~he negative declaration. It was moved by Councilmember Kephart, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, ~hat Resolution No. 81-346, determining on the basis of a review of initial envixonmenTal study done for this project, that no significant environmental impact would occur as outlined in the City's guidelines and that a negative declaration is appropriate ~. prezone Annexation No. 89, an approximately 230 acre site located on the west side of Foothill Road, south of Santos Ranch Road to PUD-Open Space (Public Healeh an~ Safety) District, be adopted.
