No action was required or taken by Council <br />on the item. <br /> <br />item 7b <br />Actions Taken by the Board of Adjustment, Desiqn Review Board, and <br />Planninq Commission at their meetinq of April 26, 1989 <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (IR 89:32) dated May 2, 1989, <br />regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Mohr expressed concerns regarding adequate <br />parking at the Clorox Company site. Mr. Swift advised that <br />sufficient parking places have been provided, and that working <br />hours have been staggered, which also alleviates any parking <br />problems. <br /> <br /> No further action was taken by Council on this item. <br /> <br />item 7c <br />Report on Division Street Traffic <br /> Mr. Elliott presented his report (IR 89:30) dated May 2, <br />1989, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Jon Scudder, 836 Division Street, stated there have been <br />some neighborhood meetings regarding this matter, and this group <br />would like the opportunity to meet with staff regarding solutions <br />to the traffic problems, not only on Division Street but also on <br />surrounding streets. <br /> <br /> No action was required or taken by Council on this item. <br /> <br />item 7d <br />Status of NPID No. 3 Freeway Pro~ects <br /> Mr. Elliott presented his report (IR 89:34) dated May 2, <br />1989, regarding this matter. No action was required or taken by <br />Council on the item. <br /> <br />item 7e <br />Modification to Kottinqer Ranch Gradinq Plan <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (IR 89:36) dated May 2, 1989, <br />regarding this matter. He stated that because of the haste of the <br />School District to begin fill on the school property, staff was <br />going to handle this as a minor modification but wanted to do so <br />only after Westbrook Housing notified all the affected property <br />owners; Westbrook was not able to notify the homeowners by <br /> <br /> - 9 - 5-2-89 <br /> <br /> <br />
