Zoninq for <br />the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density <br />Residential District <br /> <br />Consider Adoption of Negative Declaration <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 89:199) dated April 26, <br />1989, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on the <br />application and the negative declaration. <br /> <br /> Mr. Ted Fairfield, representing Golden Eagle Farms, stated he <br />concurs with the staff report, and advised that a detailed <br />conditional use permit will come back later for Council review. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mayor Mercer declared the <br />public hearing closed on the application and the negative <br />declaration. <br /> <br /> - 7 - 5-2-89 <br /> <br /> <br />
