105 <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 12b <br />Amenament of Chapter 17.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code <br />(Transportation Systems Manaqement) <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 90:74) regarding the <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver inquired if the doing the traffic study in January <br />rather than in November would change the way traffic counts would <br />be done in the future. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift replied that doing the study in January would <br />change the TSM survey to correspond with January 1st. Regardless <br />of whether the studies are done in November or January, the <br />information gathered would be close enough to correlate both <br />results. He stated that no decision has been made regarding when <br />the traffic counts would be done. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Brandes, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that <br />Ordinance No. 1454 be introduced, to be read by title only and <br />waiving further reading thereof, amending Ordinance 1154, Chapter <br />17.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code (Transportation Systems <br />Management) to revise the submittal dates and process for the <br />annual transportation survey and annual reports. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 12c <br />Schedule for West Pleasanton Annexation <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 90:72) regarding the <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer stated since the Planning Commission has requested <br />the Planning staff to come up with a study of the developments <br />along Foothill Road, it would be more logical to wait for the <br />Planning Commission's recommendation on the matter and look at <br />both the West Pleasanton Annexation Study and the Foothill Road <br />Study at the same time. In this way, a better decision could be <br />made regarding what ought to be done in the area. The only <br />problem with this would be that it would probably take the <br />Planning Commission some time to get its study done, and <br />consequently, the Presley and the Garms properties might not make <br /> <br /> -17- <br /> 2-20-90 <br /> <br /> <br />
