Angela, submitted a memo dated June 2, <br /> 1992 and asked that it be placed in the minutes (please see <br /> attached). Mr. Cordtz explained that he owns property worth three <br /> quarters of a million dollars and is said to owe $18,000 in taxes. <br /> He believes he is under no legal obligation to pay these taxes and <br /> Mayor Mercer, as an escrow officer, should know he has a five year <br /> period to pay the taxes. <br /> <br /> 6/2/92 18 <br /> <br /> <br />
