He suggested that <br />Bob Wright be moved to a full voting member and that the process be <br />opened to appoint an alternate member to replace Mr. Wright. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver explained that Council interviewed a few people for <br />Mr. Hovingh's replacement and he was quite impressed with the <br />applicants.
