It was moved by Ms. Mohr, seconded by Ms. Dennis, to introduce Ordinance 1649, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving Case PUD-93-2-1M, the application for a major modification to an approved PUD development plan for Ruby Hill development to allow revisions to the approved land plan. The areas affected by the proposed revisions include residential pods N, Q, and U located in the center of the back nine loop and generally consisting of 1/2-acre custom homesites; Pods E and J which are production homesites located on West Ruby Hill Drive to the east and west of the tennis/swim center and across from the golf clubhouse; and Pod W which consists of 3/4 to 1-acre+ custom homesites located adjacent to the salamander habitat area at the southernmost end of the project.
