It was moved by Ms. Mohr, seconded by Ms. Dennis, to introduce Ordinance 1649, to <br />be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving Case PUD-93-2-1M, the <br />application for a major modification to an approved PUD development plan for Ruby Hill <br />development to allow revisions to the approved land plan.
