The areas affected by the <br />proposed revisions include residential pods N, Q, and U located in the center of the back <br />nine loop and generally consisting of l/2-acre custom homesites~ Pods E and J which are <br />production homesites located on West Ruby Hill Drive to the east and west of the <br />tennis/swim center and across from the golf clubhouse; and Pod W which consists of 3/4 <br />to 1-acre+ custom homesites located adjacent to the salamander habitat area at the <br />southernmost end of the project. (SR 95:65) <br /> <br /> Brian Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti indicated she had met with Mr. McKeehan and believed that the sidewalk <br />issue is no longer an issue. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> Jim Ghielmetti, Signature Properties, 6612 Owens Drive, referred to the maps and <br />explained the changes to the plan, such as adding 17 acres of open space.
