Application for a major modification to an approved PUD development plan for Ruby Hill development to allow revisions to the approved land plan. The areas affected by the proposed revisions include residential pods N, Q, and U located in the center of the back nine loop and generally consisting of l/2-acre custom homesites~ Pods E and J which are production homesites located on West Ruby Hill Drive to the east and west of the tennis/swim center and across from the golf clubhouse; and Pod W which consists of 3/4 to 1-acre+ custom homesites located adjacent to the salamander habitat area at the southernmost end of the project. (SR 95:65) Brian Swift presented the staff report. Ms. Michelotti indicated she had met with Mr. McKeehan and believed that the sidewalk issue is no longer an issue. Mayor Tarver declared the public hearing open. Jim Ghielmetti, Signature Properties, 6612 Owens Drive, referred to the maps and explained the changes to the plan, such as adding 17 acres of open space. He indicated he is in full agreement with the staff report and no longer objects to the requirement for the sidewalk. There being no further testimony, the public hearing was closed. 02/21/95 - 20 -
