Pleasanton Gateway Environmental Checklist 2. AGRICULTURAL RESOURCES Environmental Setting The project site is designated as "Urban and Built-up Land" by the California Department of Conserva- tion. "Urban and Built-up Land" is occupied by structures with a building density of at least one unit to LS acres, or approximately six structures to a ten-acre parcel. Common examples provided by the CDC are residential, industrial, commercial, institutional facilities, cemeteries, airports, golf courses, sanitary landfills, sewage treatment, and water control structures.
