The site and <br />surrounding area are not designated as a scenic resource, scenic vista, or a scenic highway. <br />Therefore, this would be a no-impact. <br />c) The site is flat absent any significant natural landscaping, e.g., heritage-size trees, or other sig- <br />nificant natural features. Its surroundings consist of the recent commercial buildings in the <br />Stanley Business Park constructed across Bernal Avenue from the site and by the Temple Beth <br />Emec Synagogue and Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Station. Therefore, this would be a no-impact. <br />d) The proposed project includes standard on-site lighting for the site and buildings. Exterior light- <br />ing will be designed and controlled to be the lowest wattage and luminosity so as not to add to <br />"night sky pollution". The types of materials and colors to be used on the project will not create <br />glare.
