AEenda Posting, <br /> <br /> The City Clerk shall post an agenda at least 72 hours before any Counci] meeting. at <br /> City Hall offices at 200 Old Bernal Avenue and at 123 Main Street. <br /> <br /> The agenda shall specify the time and location of the meeting and contain a brief <br /> description of each item of business to be transacted or discussed at the meeting. <br /> <br /> Summaries of proposed and adopted ordinances shall be published in a local newspaper. <br />F. In the event that agenda materials are not delivered as provided <br /> above, the City Council may continue the item until the next regularly scheduled City <br /> Council meeting. <br /> <br />G. Minutes of Proceedinl~s <br /> <br /> The City Clerk shall record an account of all public proceedings of the City Council and <br /> enter such account into official minute books of the Council. These minutes, following <br /> approval by the Council, shall be available to the public and will be considered the City's <br /> official record of the meeting. <br /> <br /> 1. Preparation of Minutes <br /> <br /> To ensure uniformity of minute entries and to save time composing the record, <br /> all minutes will be prepared with one standardized format. <br /> <br /> Minutes will include a statement of all Council actions, including motions made <br /> and vote thereon. Communication by members of the public shall include name, <br /> address, and subject matter. <br /> <br /> Oral or written presentations by members of the Council or the public will be <br /> paraphrased unless written materials are specifically requested to be included by <br /> reference. <br /> <br /> 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
