Frank Auf der Maur, project architect, 148 Spring Street, responded to the <br />Commissioners' questions and indicated that he would be willing to revise the roofing <br />material to slate. The plans call for asix-foot high berm, and there will be 30 feet of <br />landscaping in the area between the berm and the house. He did. not ohject to low <br />fencing- He noted that the applicant was in attendaiice_ <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br />Commissioner Roberts believed the presence of the asphalt batch plant in the area should <br />be disclosed- <br />Ms. Nerland confirmed that it was already included in the disclosure docurnents_ <br />G'ommissioner Blanlr moved to recommend approval of Case YUD-43 as <br />recommended by staff, with the following modifications. <br />1_ Add language to Condition No_ 25 to indicate that the eucalyptus trees that <br />are to be protected from removal shall not be encroached upon; and <br />2_ Add language to Condition No_ 27 to indicate that all damaged trees shall be <br />replaced. <br />Commissioner Arkin seconded the motion. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Arkin, Blank, Maas, and Roberts- <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />Ri?CUSED: None. <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Fox. <br />Resolution No_ PC-2005-15 was entered and adopted as motioned. <br />d_ PDR 446_ Hamid Taeb <br />Application for design review approval of the architectural plans, lacidscape plaris <br />and color palette for the future homes to be constructed on the Kolb Ranch lots <br />located at 5967 through 6093 Kolb Ranch Drive.
