ONE Pleasanton 5-Year Strategic Plan. Strategies to build a community where everyone <br />belongs (page 16) calls for the City to “advance the East Pleasanton Specific Plan.” <br />2. General Plan. The Land Use Element, beginning on page 2-11, describes East Pleasanton as <br />an area of special interest. Land Use Element Program 6.1 calls for the City to prepare an <br />East Pleasanton Specific Plan. <br />3. Trails Master Plan. Page 63 shows planned new trails in East Pleasanton. <br />4. Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan. Page 63 shows proposed vision network bicycle <br />facilities in East Pleasanton. <br />5. Climate Action Plan. Pages 40-45 describe transportation and land use strategies to reduce <br />greenhouse gas emissions. <br />6. Draft East Pleasanton Specific Plan. The 2014 Draft East Pleasanton Specific Plan (not <br />adopted) established a vision for future development in the East Pleasanton Specific Plan <br />area. <br />7. Draft EIR for the East Pleasanton Specific Plan. The Draft Environmental Impact Report <br />(EIR) for the East Pleasanton Specific Plan analyzes potential environmental impacts that <br />would have resulted from adoption of the Specific Plan. <br />8. East Pleasanton Fiscal Impact Analysis. Prepared in 2025, analyzes the net fiscal impacts of <br />the proposed Arroyo Lago, East Lakes, and Parcel H development on the City’s General <br />Fund. <br />Other Agencies <br />1. Livermore Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan. Establishes land use compatibility criteria in <br />the area surrounding the Livermore Airport. <br />2. Preliminary Lake Use Evaluation for the Chain of Lakes. Prepared in 2014, evaluates the <br />suitability of quarry lands for different water management, resource protection, and <br />recreation uses.
