3. Preliminary Lake Use Evaluation for the Chain of Lakes - 2020 Update. Updates and <br />expands the suitability analysis of quarry lands for future uses. <br />4. Livermore General Plan. The Livermore General Plan Land Use Map designates lands within <br />the Livermore Planning area as “Open Space / Sand and Gravel”. The primary use allowed in <br />this designation is open space, with sand and gravel extraction, processing, and related <br />activities allowed as secondary uses. <br />5. East County Area Plan. A portion of the Alameda County General Plan, establishes County <br />goals and policies for the portion of unincorporated Alameda County that includes the EPPF <br />study area. <br />6. Alameda County Zoning Code. Establishes land use regulations and development standards <br />for unincorporated properties in the EPPF study area. <br />7. Specific Plan for Livermore-Amador Valley Quarry Area Reclamation. Adopted in 1981, <br />establishes reclamation plan for the quarries in the EPPF study area. <br />8. Arroyo Lago Draft EIR. The Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the proposed <br />Arroyo Lago project, prepared by Alameda County, analyzes potential environmental <br />impacts from the project if developed in the County. <br /> <br />
