EAST PLEASANTON POLICY FRAMEWORK <br />BACKGROUND INFORMATION MATERIALS <br />BACKGROUND INFORMATION MAPS <br />The City has prepared new maps and assembled existing maps with information relevant to the <br />EPPF project. All maps listed below are attached to this document. <br />Maps <br />1.Study Area Boundaries. Shows the EPPF study area boundary and the East Pleasanton <br />Specific Plan boundary (not adopted). Map prepared for EPPF project. <br />2.Pleasanton Boundaries. Shows the City of Pleasanton City Limits, Sphere of Influence, and <br />Urban Growth Boundary. Map prepared for EPPF project. <br />3.Livermore and County Boundaries. Shows the City of Livermore City Limits, Sphere of <br />Influence, and Urban Growth Boundary; and the Alameda County Urban Growth Boundary. <br />Map prepared for EPPF project. <br />4.Existing Land Uses. Shows existing land uses and proposed development in the study area. <br />Map prepared for EPPF project. <br />5.Parcelization and Ownership. Shows major property owners in study area.
