The following individuals provided comment: <br />Kelly Cousins, Mary Brito, Diane Catalano Rodriguez, Delia Muniz, Jim Lehrman, <br />Doug Miller, Prachi Jain, Kunal Jain, Asim Ruhela. <br />Mayor Balch closed the public comment. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS <br />14.Continued from May 6, 2025 - Receive annual Military Equipment Use Report for 2024; <br />introduce an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2279 to amend the Pleasanton Police <br />Department's Military Equipment Use Policy to add equipment to the Policy's military <br />equipment inventory; and adopt a resolution accepting the annual Military Equipment <br />Use Report for 2024 determining that the Police Department's use of military equipment <br />in 2024 complied with the standards of approval and renewing the Military Use Policy <br />Recommendation: Receive annual Military Equipment Use Report for 2024; introduce <br />Ordinance No. 2294 to amend the Pleasanton Police Department's Military Equipment <br />Use Policy to add equipment to the Policy's military equipment inventory; and adopt <br />Resolution No. 2025-022 accepting the annual Military Equipment Use Report for 2024
