City Council Minutes Page 3 of 6 May 20, 2025 <br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2025-020 approving the Affordable <br />Housing Agreement with Square Mile Pleasanton, LLC for the multi-family <br />affordable rental housing project at 3300 Busch Road, part of the Villages at the <br />Quarry residential development. <br />8.Adopt a resolution affirming the City’s commitment to take steps toward achieving <br />compliance with the Metropolitan Transportation Commission’s (MTC's) Transit- <br />Oriented Communities (TOC) Policy as a condition for MTC to allocate regional <br />discretionary funding under the TOC Planning and Implementation Grants Program <br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2025-021 affirming the City’s commitment <br />to take steps toward achieving compliance with the Metropolitan Transportation <br />Commission’s (MTC's) Transit-Oriented Communities (TOC) Policy as a condition <br />for MTC to allocate regional discretionary funding under the TOC Planning and <br />Implementation Grants Program. <br />Public Works <br />9.Approve the final map, improvement plans, subdivision improvement agreement, <br />and agreement for completion of improvements for Tract 8676 "Harmony" located <br />at 2025 Santa Rita Road <br />Recommendation: <br />1.Authorize the City Engineer to approve the final map (Attachment 2) and <br />improvement plans for Tract 8676. <br />2.Authorize the City Clerk to record the final map with the Alameda County <br />Clerk-Recorder, including acceptance of all public easements offered for <br />dedication on the final map. <br />3.Authorize the City Manager to execute the Subdivision Improvement <br />Agreement (Attachment 3). <br />4.Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement for Completion of <br />Improvements (Attachment 4), thus transferring the property owner’s duties <br />and obligations to their contractor. <br />10.Approve a professional services agreement with Diameter Services, Inc. for the <br />water meter and Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) technical assistance <br />services as a part of the Annual Water Distribution System Improvements project, <br />CIP No. 25183, for the amount of $750,000, including contingency <br />Recommendation: <br />1.Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a professional services <br />agreement with Diameter Services, Inc. for water meter and AMI system <br />technical assistance services as a part of the Annual Water Distribution <br />System Improvements, in the amount of $680,000.
