City Council Minutes Page 2 of 6 May 20, 2025 <br />2.Review and Consider the City's Legislative Framework with the 2025-2026 Focus <br />Areas, Establish the City's Legislative Positions on Selected Bills, and Request City <br />Staff Monitor Legislation throughout the 2025-2026 Legislative Session <br />Item continued to June 3, 2025. <br />3.Adopt a resolution accepting $85,000 in Transportation Fund for Clean Air grant <br />funds for the Pleasanton Citywide Trip Reduction Program from Alameda County <br />Transportation Commission for FY 2024/25 and FY 2025/26 <br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2025-019 accepting $85,000 in <br />Transportation Fund for Clean Air Grant Funds for the Pleasanton Citywide Trip <br />Reduction Program from Alameda County Transportation Commission for FY <br />2024/25 and FY 2025/26. <br />4.Approve flying of the commemorative Progress Pride Flag pursuant to the City's <br />Flag Policy <br />Recommendation: Staff recommends that a member of the City Council request <br />display of the Progress Pride Flag and authorize display of the commemorative <br />Pride Flag for the month of June 2025. <br />Community Development <br />5.Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br />Recommendation: Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission. <br />6.Review proposals and award a Maintenance Services Agreement to St. Francis <br />Electric for traffic signal maintenance and emergency repair services for a not-to- <br />exceed annual amount of $1,000,000, for an initial two-year term through June 30, <br />2027, with a total not-to-exceed amount of $5,000,000 over the allowable five-year <br />term of the agreement <br />Recommendation: <br />1.Review the proposals and award the traffic signal maintenance agreement <br />to St. Francis Electric for an annual not-to-exceed contract amount of <br />$1,000,000 through June 30, 2027. <br />2.Authorize the City Manager to enter into the maintenance services contract. <br />3.Authorize the Director of Community Development to review and approve <br />future contract extensions per the provisions of the contract. <br />7.Adopt a resolution approving the Affordable Housing Agreement with Square Mile <br />Pleasanton, LLC for the multi-family affordable rental housing project at 3300 <br />Busch Road, part of the Villages at the Quarry residential development
