Since the current potable <br />and recycled water rates were not implemented mid-year to match the fiscal year cycle, this section <br />shows the effective potable and recycled water rates for each fiscal year prior to any revenue <br />adjustments in Table 2-4 and Table 2-5. FY 2024 rates were implemented on January 1, 2024, meaning <br />that those rates were effective for half of the fiscal year. The remaining days of FY 2024 are charged based <br />on the FY 2023 rate. Likewise, the FY 2025 rates were implemented on January 1, 2025, meaning that <br />those rates were effective for half of the fiscal year. The remaining days of FY 2025 are charged based on <br />the FY 2024 rate.
