City of Pleasanton <br />2025 Water Rate Study <br /> <br />Water Resources Economics <br />13 <br />Figure 1-5 shows the current and proposed bi-monthly bills for a Single Family customer at low usage (10 <br />ccf every two months) by their agency and Zone 7 components relative to other nearby agencies. <br />Currently Pleasanton bills at low usage (10 ccf) are the lowest relative to the bills of other agencies and <br />with the proposed rates Pleasanton bills remain the lowest. <br /> <br />Figure 1-5: Bi-Monthly Water Bill at Low Usage Comparison <br /> <br />Figure 1-6 shows the current and proposed bi-monthly bills for a Single Family customer at average <br />usage (24 ccf every two months) by their agency and Zone 7 components relative to other nearby <br />agencies. Currently Pleasanton bills at average usage (24 ccf) are the lowest relative to the bills of other <br />agencies and with the proposed rates Pleasanton bills remain the lowest. <br /> <br />Figure 1-6: Bi-Monthly Water Bills at Average Usage Comparison <br /> <br />Figure 1-7 shows the current and proposed bi-monthly bills for a Single Family customer at very high <br />usage (70 ccf every two months) by their agency and Zone 7 components relative to other nearby <br />agencies. Currently Pleasanton bills at very high usage (70 ccf) are the highest relative to the bills of other <br />agencies and with the proposed rates Pleasanton bills are in the mid-to-high range.
