PARKING STALL DIMENSIONS: 9 feet by 19 feet standard stall (9 feet by 17 feet with 2- <br />foot overhang over planted areas or curbs) and 8 feet by 16 feet compact stall (8 feet by <br />15 feet with 1-foot overhang over planted areas or curbs) shall be installed in accordance <br />with the Project Plans. If adjacent to a sidewalk in the Project site then the adjacent <br />sidewalk shall be 6 feet minimum. <br />a. CORNER STALL DIMENSIONS: Stalls that are perpendicular to one another at a <br />corner location shall provide a 2-foot buffer for each stall at the corner location as <br />shown in the Project Plans. <br /> <br />147. DRIVE AISLES: 24 feet minimum shall be incorporated into the Project as shown in the <br />Project Plans. <br /> <br />148. BICYCLE PARKING: The Project shall comply with the applicable bicycle parking <br />requirements as set forth in Pleasanton Municipal Code and Objective Design Standards. <br />Bicycle parking shall be shown on the building permit plans for review and approval by <br />the Traffic Engineering Division prior to building permit submittal. <br /> <br />149. BICYCLE RACKS: All bicycle racks shall comply with the following criteria: <br />a. Located in a visible and accessible location; <br />b. Support the frame of the bicycle and not just one wheel; <br />c. Allow the frame and one wheel to be locked to the rack; <br />d. Allow the use of either a cable or U-shaped lock; <br />e. Be securely anchored; <br />f. Be usable by bikes with no kickstand; and <br />g.
