City Council Minutes Page 4 of 6 February 4, 2025 <br />Mary Jane Medeiros, Haim. <br /> Mayor Balch closed the public comment. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS <br />9.Continued from January 21, 2025 - Public Hearing: Hold a public hearing and adopt <br />a resolution approving amendments to the Master Fee Schedule increasing or adding <br />new fees for Special Event and Support Services Fees, Livermore-Pleasanton Fire <br />Department Standby Services Fees, Stormwater Facility Inspection Fees, Pleasanton <br />Public Library Fines and Fees, and Co-Sponsored Group Use of City Fields Fees <br />Recommendation: Hold a public hearing and adopt Resolution No. 2025-004 approving <br />amendments to the Master Fee Schedule and updating various City fees and charges. <br />Presentation by Alexa Jeffress, Deputy City Manager, Heidi Murphy, Library and <br />Recreation Director, Gina Eleccion, Business Manager, Ryan Smith, Assistant Director <br />of Public Works. <br />Mayor Balch opened public comment. The following individuals provided <br />comment: Sean Fogarty, Vishakha Sant. <br />Mayor Balch closed the public comment. <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Gaidos/Nibert to accept the fees as recommended except for <br />the natural grass and synthetic turf hourly fees which will be approved at the <br />recommended fee for one year (without the annual escalator for subsequent years). <br />Motion passed by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Councilmembers Eicher, Gaidos, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Balch <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />10.Adopt a resolution adopting a sponsorship policy for City programs and facilities <br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2025-005 adopting a sponsorship policy for <br />City programs and facilities. <br />Presentation by Heidi Murphy, Director of Library and Recreation. <br />Mayor Balch opened public comment. There being no speakers, Mayor Balch closed <br />the public comment. <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Nibert/Balch to approve the item as recommended with an <br />amendment that agreements with a term of longer than 3 years to be brought to Council <br />for approval.
