City Council Minutes Page 3 of 6 February 4, 2025 <br />Municipal Code Chapter 13.08 to address unauthorized uses of park and <br />recreation facilities <br />Recommendation: Adopt Ordinance No. 2291 amending Ordinance No. 1428 to <br />update Pleasanton Municipal Code Chapter 13.08 to address unauthorized uses of <br />park and recreation facilities. <br />Public Works <br />6.Approve the final map, improvement plans, subdivision agreement, and <br />maintenance agreement for Tract 8528 located at 990 Sycamore Road <br />Recommendation: <br />1.Authorize the City Engineer to approve the final map (see Attachment 2) and <br />improvement plans for Tract 8528. <br />2.Authorize the City Clerk to record with the Alameda County Clerk-Recorder <br />an acceptance of all public right-of-way and easements offered for dedication <br />on the final map. <br />3.Authorize the City Manager to execute the subdivision agreement (see <br />Attachment 3). <br />4.Authorize the City Manager to execute a Trail Maintenance Agreement (see <br />Attachment 4) and a Creek Maintenance Agreement (see Attachment 5), <br />thus transferring maintenance obligations for the public trail and Sycamore <br />Creek segment to the lot owners. <br />7.Approve a second amendment to the professional services agreement with <br />Woodard & Curran, Inc. for a not-to-exceed amount of $60,000 for the Near-Term <br />Water Improvements Project, CIP No. 24171, increasing the total contract amount <br />to $836,365, for additional construction support, survey, and design review services <br />to address the discovery of undocumented underground utilities for the Near-Term <br />Water Improvements Project, CIP No. 24171 <br />Recommendation: Approve a second amendment to the professional services <br />agreement with Woodard & Curran, Inc. for a not-to-exceed amount of $60,000 for <br />the Near-Term Water Improvements Project, CIP No. 24171, increasing the total <br />contract amount to $836,365, for the Near-Term Water Improvements Project, CIP <br />No. 24171. <br />MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br />8.Public Comment regarding items not listed on the agenda <br />Mayor Balch opened public comment.
