Mayor Balch opened public comment. There being no speakers, Mayor Balch closed the public comment. MOTION: It was m/s by Gaidos/Nibert to approve the item as recommended. MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL With majority consensus, Mayor Balch requested if the City Manager could contact the East Bay Regional Park District to request a liaison committee meeting about GARMS.
