City Council Minutes Page 5 of 6 February 4, 2025 <br />Ayes: Councilmembers Eicher, Gaidos, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Balch <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />11.Receive an update to the Asset Management Plan Project, CIP No. 24460, and approve <br />an amendment to the professional services agreement with Kayuga Solution, Inc. in the <br />not-to-exceed amount of $175,000 for an aggregate project total of $863,270 <br />Recommendation: <br />1.Accept an update to the Asset Management Plan Project <br />2.Approve the first amendment to the professional services agreement with <br />Kayuga Solution, Inc. in the not-to-exceed amount of $175,000 for Phase 3 of the <br />Asset Management Plan Project, CIP No. 24460, with a term of March 31, 2026 <br />Presentation by Adam Nelkie, Assistant Director of Public Works and Colin Chung <br />(Kayuga). <br />Mayor Balch opened public comment. There being no speakers, Mayor Balch closed <br />the public comment. <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Gaidos/Nibert to approve the item as recommended. Motion <br />passed by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Councilmembers Eicher, Gaidos, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Balch <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />12.Receive update on residential development proposals on two properties in East <br />Pleasanton, outside the City Limits and 1) Provide direction to proceed with <br />applications for annexation and development in Pleasanton; 2) Provide feedback <br />on key issues relative to the two projects; 3) Approve key terms regarding <br />processing of applications for the Arroyo Lago Project; and 4) Approve Key Terms <br />regarding processing of applications for the East Lakes Project <br />Item continued. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br />With majority consensus, Mayor Balch requested if the City Manager could contact the <br />East Bay Regional Park District to request a liaison committee meeting about GARMS. <br /> COUNCIL REPORTS <br />Councilmembers reported on regional and local agency meetings attended. <br />Page 13 of 348
