City Council Minutes Page 2 of 6 February 4, 2025 <br />Recommendation: Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning <br />Commmission. <br />3.Adopt Ordinance No. 2290 approving the applications for: (1) Planned Unit <br />Development rezoning (P21-1173) of two parcels totaling approximately 2.3 acres <br />in area from Central-Commercial (C-C) to Planned Unit Development-Mixed-Use <br />(PUD-MU) District; (2) Planned Unit Development plan (PUD-146) to: (a) retain the <br />two-story single-family home and construct a two-story addition to the north side of <br />the home; (b) demolish the detached accessory dwelling unit, Barone's restaurant, <br />and all other structures and site modifications; and (c) construct 14 detached <br />single-family homes and two commercial buildings with a public plaza and parking <br />lot, new private street, and related site improvements, subject to the conditions of <br />approval 475 and 493 Saint John Street <br />Recommendation: Adopt Ordinance No. 2290 approving the applications for: (1) <br />Planned Unit Development rezoning (P21-1173) of two parcels totaling <br />approximately 2.3 acres in area from Central-Commercial (C-C) to Planned Unit <br />Development-Mixed-Use (PUD-MU) District; (2) Planned Unit Development plan <br />(PUD-146) to: (a) retain the two-story single-family home and construct a two-story <br />addition to the north side of the home; (b) demolish the detached accessory <br />dwelling unit, Barone's restaurant, and all other structures and site modifications; <br />and (c) construct 14 detached single-family homes and two commercial buildings <br />with a public plaza and parking lot, new private street, and related site <br />improvements, subject to the conditions of approval 475 and 493 Saint John Street. <br />Fire <br />4.Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager, in his capacity as Joint Executive <br />Director of the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department Joint Powers Authority, to <br />execute an agreement with the Alameda County Fire Department for equipment <br />and installation of fire station alerting systems for a total amount not to exceed <br />$653,430 <br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2025-003 authorizing the City Manager, in <br />his capacity as Joint Executive Director of the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire <br />Department (LPFD) Joint Powers Authority (JPA), or his designee, to execute an <br />agreement with the Alameda County Fire Department for $653,430 for the <br />purchase and installation of a new Phoenix G2 fire station alerting system. This will <br />replace the current Locution Station Alerting System and will enable the Fire <br />Department to continue to receive calls dispatched from the Alameda County <br />Regional Emergency Communications Center (ACRECC). <br />Library and Recreation <br />5.Adopt Ordinance No. 2291 amending Ordinance No. 1428 to update Pleasanton <br />Page 10 of 348
