This amount is required to be paid regardless of how many homes <br />are ultimately developed on Lot 1. <br /><1> This excludes existing homes on Lots 8 and 15 where prior agreements with the City all ow hook-up without further payment , and Lot 14 where the <br />existing caretaker's home will be replaced with the community park . <br /><2> The Costas Property is located immediately north of the Plan Area but will benefit from the Plan Area water system impro vements .
