City of Pleasanton T4 Booster Pump Station and F1 Pipeline <br />Amendment No. 2 <br />November 26, 2024 Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />· Additional Staking of the Sunol Pipeline (two days with two-man crew) <br />Assumptions: <br />· City will provide access to the site during normal business hours (7a to 4p, Monday through Friday). <br />· No permits of any kind will be required. If permits are required, they will be provided at no cost to Guida <br />and Woodard & Curran. <br />· Traffic Control to be provided by City or its construction contractor. <br />· Supplemental staking will be limited to two field days. <br />Exclusions: <br />· Traffic Control <br />· Monument preservation <br />· Corner Records or Records of Survey <br />Deliverables: <br />· As-staked sheets, plots and point files in .pdf format. <br />Task 4.4 –Review of Supplier Pump Station Package Final Design. <br />Woodard & Curran will provide review only of final design of the booster pump station package provided by others <br />(To be provided by SHAPE) and associated equipment which will be limited to the following: <br />Assumptions: <br />· Review of final layout (pumps, building, electrical and scada equipment) <br />· Review of Pre-fabricated enclosure (anchorage requirements-review of calculations) <br />· Review of final mechanical, piping, valves and connection to pipeline <br />· Electrical requirements and equipment panels <br />· Instrumentation and SCADA equipment (review of logic and control diagrams, panels) <br />· Review of Intrusion alarms and security requirements. <br />· Review of final lift station O&M manual (Provide by others) <br />· Respond to questions (Includes response up to 8 RFI email responses) for each discipline for the City and <br />Supplier <br />· Includes 12 hours of CAD designer to confirm layout of mechanical and structural items on the proposed <br />pump station site and assist with answering questions and providing any clarifications. <br />Exclusions: <br />· No testing and start-up assistance included in scope of work <br />· No field inspection services included in the scope of work <br />Deliverables: <br />· Review comments will be provided via email or marked up submittals provided by the supplier. <br /> <br />Task 4.4.1 –Contingency <br />Woodard & Curran will provide as needed effort as contingency limited to 44 hours per the attached fee table when <br />directed by the City of Pleasanton. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: F88C88B6-DA91-4686-8531-4DB35D913BE5Docusign Envelope ID: 5444301A-4BDB-40FA-B341-5FEECD8986CE
