City of Pleasanton T4 Booster Pump Station and F1 Pipeline Amendment No. 2 November 26, 2024 Page 1 of 3 City of Pleasanton T4 Booster Pump Station and F1 Pipeline Amendment No. 2 January 15, 2025 As requested by the City of Pleasanton (City), the following is Woodard & Curran’s proposed scope of work for Amendment No. 2 to our executed Agreement with the City for the T4 Booster Pump Station and F1 Pipeline, dated August 15, 2023. This Amendment No. 2 includes supplemental support required for the Near-term construction contract (F1 pipeline and pump station site) and support for review of the final design booster pump station equipment and structure to be provided by the pre-packaged booster pump station supplier. This amendment also includes additional survey staking services during construction for sub-consultant, Guida. The additional and modified scope items are described below. Amend Task 4: Engineering Services During Construction with the following: Woodard & Curran will perform engineering services during construction as requested by the City. Services included are described in the following subtasks. Task 4.1.1 –Additional Support for RFI and Submittal Reviews for Near-Term Contract (F1 Pipeline and Pump Station Site) Woodard & Curran will provide additional engineering support during construction to assist the City with Requests for Information (RFIs), review or development of proposed change orders or consultation on requested substitutions. Woodard & Curran will also perform project management and team coordination services, including preparing monthly invoices and progress reports and communicating with the City regularly on project status. Inclusions and Assumptions: · Amendment includes budget to cover held costs over previous authorized hours which includes submittal reviews of Submittal 64, 65, 66, and 67 and responding to City Construction manager questions · Includes additional support to respond to questions for pump station site for the near-term contractor, which includes 12 hours of CAD designer time to respond questions or clarifications on layout. · Level of effort is limited to authorized hours shown in the fee spreadsheet (This assumes 24 hours for electrical review of submittals (totaling 6), and answers four (4) RFI provided by the City. · Woodard & Curran efforts will be on an as-requested basis from City. Deliverables: · Written responses to submittals using Woodard & Curran submittal review template (.pdf via email) · Written RFI responses using Woodard & Curran RFI response template (.pdf via email) · Written comments on proposed change orders (.pdf via email) · Draft and final contract change order documentation. · Written responses to proposed substitutions (.pdf via email) · Monthly invoice and progress reports. Task 4.3.1 –Supplemental Construction Survey Staking.
