City of Pleasanton T4 Booster Pump Station and F1 Pipeline <br />Amendment No. 2 <br />November 26, 2024 Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br />City of Pleasanton <br />T4 Booster Pump Station and F1 Pipeline <br />Amendment No. 2 <br />January 15, 2025 <br /> <br />As requested by the City of Pleasanton (City), the following is Woodard & Curran’s proposed scope of work for <br />Amendment No. 2 to our executed Agreement with the City for the T4 Booster Pump Station and F1 Pipeline, dated <br />August 15, 2023. <br />This Amendment No. 2 includes supplemental support required for the Near-term construction contract (F1 pipeline <br />and pump station site) and support for review of the final design booster pump station equipment and structure to <br />be provided by the pre-packaged booster pump station supplier. This amendment also includes additional survey <br />staking services during construction for sub-consultant, Guida. <br />The additional and modified scope items are described below. <br />Amend Task 4: Engineering Services During Construction with the following: <br />Woodard & Curran will perform engineering services during construction as requested by the City. Services included <br />are described in the following subtasks. <br />Task 4.1.1 –Additional Support for RFI and Submittal Reviews for Near-Term Contract (F1 Pipeline and Pump <br />Station Site) <br />Woodard & Curran will provide additional engineering support during construction to assist the City with Requests <br />for Information (RFIs), review or development of proposed change orders or consultation on requested <br />substitutions. Woodard & Curran will also perform project management and team coordination services, including <br />preparing monthly invoices and progress reports and communicating with the City regularly on project status. <br />Inclusions and Assumptions: <br />· Amendment includes budget to cover held costs over previous authorized hours which includes submittal <br />reviews of Submittal 64, 65, 66, and 67 and responding to City Construction manager questions <br />· Includes additional support to respond to questions for pump station site for the near-term contractor, <br />which includes 12 hours of CAD designer time to respond questions or clarifications on layout. <br />· Level of effort is limited to authorized hours shown in the fee spreadsheet (This assumes 24 hours for <br />electrical review of submittals (totaling 6), and answers four (4) RFI provided by the City. <br />· Woodard & Curran efforts will be on an as-requested basis from City. <br />Deliverables: <br />· Written responses to submittals using Woodard & Curran submittal review template (.pdf via email) <br />· Written RFI responses using Woodard & Curran RFI response template (.pdf via email) <br />· Written comments on proposed change orders (.pdf via email) <br />· Draft and final contract change order documentation. <br />· Written responses to proposed substitutions (.pdf via email) <br />· Monthly invoice and progress reports. <br />Task 4.3.1 –Supplemental Construction Survey Staking. <br />Woodard & Curran’s subconsultant Guida will provide the following scope of services: <br />EXHIBIT ADocusign Envelope ID: F88C88B6-DA91-4686-8531-4DB35D913BE5Docusign Envelope ID: 5444301A-4BDB-40FA-B341-5FEECD8986CE
