Civic Arth <br /> Mi ut Commission <br /> Council Conference Room 200 Old Bernal Avenue <br /> March 1, 2010 7:00 p.m. <br /> CALL TO ORDER PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> Chairperson Seebach called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. The Pledge of Allegiance to the <br /> flag was recited. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Commissions Present: Commissioners Claudia Hess, John Loll, Jo Molz, Tony <br /> Rivera, Nancy Scotto, Rob Woodworth, and Chairperson <br /> Howard Seebach <br /> Committee Members Absent: None <br /> Staff Present: Susan Andrade -Wax, Director of Parks and Community <br /> Services; Andy Jorgensen, Civic Arts Manager, Fan Ventura, <br /> Management Analyst; Maria Lara, Assistant to the City <br /> Manager; Julie Finegan, Recreation Program Specialist; and <br /> Edith Caponigro, Recording Secretary. <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> There were none. <br /> Ms. Andrade -Wax informed the Commission that she would be taking over as the staff lead <br /> person for the Civic Arts Commission when Mr. Jorgensen retires in November. <br /> MINUTES <br /> 1. Approve regular meeting minutes of February 1, 2010 <br /> Correction to February 1, 2010 Minutes, page 3, para.6: It was requested that the motion <br /> indicate that Pacific Chamber Symphony was lax in the submission of its reports and workshop <br /> attendance. <br /> A motion was then made by Commissioner Hess, seconded by Commissioner Loll, to approve <br /> the minutes from the February 1, 2010 meeting, as corrected.
