Approve the Design Review (DR) application, filed as P23-0332, based on the required <br />findings and subject to the draft conditions of approval in Exhibit A <br />2. Recommend approval of Vesting Tentative Tract Map (VTM) 8676, filed as P23-0605, to <br />the Planning Commission. <br />3. Find the 2023-2031 (6th Cycle) Housing Element Update Program EIR CEQA <br />Guidelines Section 15183 Consistency Checklist for the Harmony Condominium project <br />is adequate to serve as the environmental documentation for this project and satisfy all <br />the requirements of CEQA and adopt the project specific Mitigation Monitoring and <br />Reporting Program (MMRP). <br />EXHIBIT C
