The project site is located in Hacienda, where private schools with more than 20
students at any one time require Planning Commission review and approval of a CUP. As
such, the CUP application is before the Planning Commission for consideration. As proposed
and conditioned, staff believes the proposed private school is consistent with the General Plan,
zoning district and Hacienda's regulations and will be compatible with the surrounding uses;
therefore, staff recommends approval of the CUP application.
Janualry9102!2021 •
0 550 1,100 Feet ['L-1 ASANTON.
licable, the
area surrounding the tenant space, in a clean and orderly manner at all times.
7.
